The hotel's central location made it easy to get around. I found the breakfast to be good with many choices.

My room lacked a mini-fridge. I expect this in a hotel like this. The shower had temperature issues. It switched from hot to cold VERY quickly.

The room lacked a fridge, a basic amenity i expect. also, the all-in-one shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was terrible. the shower had unpredictable temperature swings. It alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold, a serious problem.

The location is genuinely fantastic. Access to transport is immediate. i got to my destination quickly because the train and subway were across the street. the capsule coffee machine was really nice. I started each day with a great coffee. i was given a room on a higher floor and the view was beautiful.

the frosted glass in the bathroom did not provide enough privacy.

Excellent stay!

I appreciated the prime location. It is about 50 meters from Alexanderplatz train station and gives direct connection to the airport. The room was very good and the bed was supremely comfortable. Staff members were friendly and the breakfast was rich, fresh, and tasty (especially the croissants).

The pillows were a bit too soft and thin for my taste.

The hotel offers excellent access to public transport for tourist sightseeing. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn are very close. The area around the hotel felt safe and quiet, I wasn't disturbed by external noise.

The breakfast area featured gadgets, including a pancake maker and butter dispenser, which i enjoyed. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful (always smiling!). There was a wide array of options, and the food was always fresh.

The location is fantastic. it is really central, close to transport links and shops. the view was nice too, especially from the higher floors. the cleaning was very good. I noticed everything was super clean.

the bathroom layout was a bit odd. the glass doors did not give much privacy. i found it strange that coffee and tea facilities were not included in the room. i expected these to be complimentary, especially for an upgraded room.

the location was acceptable. it offered easy access to many parts of town.

the air conditioning system was a problem. it was excessively noisy and i struggled to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. despite my attempts to adjust it, the room remained unpleasantly cold. i've experienced better climate control in other accommodations.
